2 cups crushed vanilla wafers
1 cup crushed salted peanuts
2 cups powdered sugar
1 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup peanut butter
4 cups Cool Whip
2 small pkg. instant chocolate pudding
3 cups milk
1 stick margarine, melted
1 Hershey bar

Directions:
First layer: mix vanilla wafers, 2/3 cups crushed peanuts and margarine. Mix and pat in a cake pan. Second layer, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and peanut butter. Cream with mixer and fold in 2 cups Cool Whip. Put on top of first layer. Third layer mix pudding and milk and layer on top of second layer. Spread remaining Cool Whip on top. Sprinkle with remaining nuts and shaved Hershey bar.
