1 cup milk
1 stick butter
½ cup sugar
1 package yeast
1 tsp salt
3 eggs, beaten
4 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, add milk, warm to lukewarm.
Add yeast, stir, let rest for 30-45 seconds.
Stir in sugar, salt, & beaten eggs.
Put flour in a large bowl, add liquid and knead until mixed (if too sticky, add more flour).
Let rise until doubled in size.
Put dough onto floured surface, divide into 3 equal parts and form balls.
Flatten each ball into a circle & cut into 12 wedges, roll up each wedge and put on a baking sheet.
Let rise until doubled in size.
Brush with egg or butter (I prefer butter-the buttery the better!).
Bake at 350º for 15 min (or until golden brown).

Growing up mom only made these rolls on Thanksgiving and Christmas, Sis and I named them "Holiday Rolls" since that was the only time we got them!
