The measurements aren't exact....
1 box pasta
1 block (the big one) Velveeta Cheese
1 bag shredded cheddar/monterey jack cheese
Milk
Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375.
Cook pasta according to box, drain.
Cut 1/2 bock of Velveeta cheese.
Mix pasta, Velveeta cheese, and about 1/2 the bag of shredded cheese in baking dish (I prefer to use ceramic.)
Add a stick of butter (cut into slices, it melts and disperses better.)
Fill about 1/2 way with milk.
Cover with foil and bake about 40 minutes.
After about 30 minutes, take out and stir, add more Velveeta if needed (or wanted!)
Bake for another 10 minutes, covered.
Stir one last time, adding more shredded cheese, then a thin layer of shredded cheese on top.
Put back in the oven to melt the cheese on top (about 10-15min).
Take out and enjoy the cheesey goodness!

Personal Notes:
I've been making this for as long as I can remember. I just throw it all together. I made it for a family dinner, in which Brody and Laney named it "Aunt Julie's famous macaroni and cheese". I like to use curly macaroni versus elbow macaroni - it's more fun that way!
