3 sticks +1 T. butter, melted
1 c. baking cocoa
5 eggs
2 2/3 c. sugar
1 1/3 tsp. baking powder
1 1/3 tsp. salt
1 1/3 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour

Frosting:
8 T. softened butter
3 1/2 c. powdered sugar
2/3 c. baking cocoa
1 1/3 tsp. vanilla
Less than 1/2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl, add melted butter. Stir in cocoa. Beat in eggs and sugar. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to mix. Stir in vanilla. Mix well. Spread into greased jelly roll pan. Bake 350 for 25-28 minutes. Do not overbake. Cool.

For frosting, cream butter, powdered sugar, cocoa, and vanilla. Add enough milk until frosting has spreading consistency.
