3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
2 cups shredded zucchini
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 cup cocoa
2 tsp. vanilla
1-1 1/2 cup nuts, optional
1 cup cherry pie filling

Mix together. Grease and flour 2 bread pans. Bake one hour at 375 degrees.
