1 Jar Pasta Sauce, Tomato and Basil
16 oz. Thin Spaghetti
4 Cups Onion (cut into strips)
2-2½ Cups Green Bell Pepper (cut into thin strips)
2-2½ Cups Red Bell Pepper (cut into thin strips)
16 oz. Sliced Mushroom (fresh)
¼ Cup Olive Oil (divided)
2 Pounds Chicken Tenderloin (boneless, skinless)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook spaghetti according to package. Drain and keep warm.
2. Meanwhile, heat 2 tablespoons oil in large skillet medium heat. Add onion, peppers, mushroom. Cook 6-8 minutes, or until tender, stirring occasionally.
3. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in the same skillet over medium heat. Brown chicken 2-3 minutes each side.
4. Stir in pasta, sauce, and veggies. Bring to a boil.
5. Cover. Reduce heat to medium low. Simmer 10-12 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Stir occasionally.
