1 pound fettuccine
1 tbs olive oil
10 oz sliced mushrooms
1 jar Alfredo sauce
10 oz frozen peas
1 c Romano cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook fettuccine as label directs
2. While it is cooking, heat olive oil over medium heat in large saute pan.
3. Saute mushrooms in olive oil until juices evaporate and mushrooms are lightly browned
4. Add Alfredo sauce and peas to mushrooms; heat through
5. Add 1 c Romano cheese; stir to combine
6. Drain fettuccine; place in large mixing bowl
7. Toss noodles and Alfredo sauce mixture
8. Season with salt and pepper to taste
9. Serve hot with remaining Romano
