Ingredients:  
This is for 1/2 lb of crab meat and makes 5 cakes.

1/2 lb crab meat
1 small onion
1 stalk celery (one long piece)
1 slice of toast (more if you need it)
1 egg
1 tsp mustard
1 tbsp mayonnaise
parsley - a little bit
small amount of red pepper
salt
black pepper

Directions:
Directions:

Mix all together in a bowl and form 5 crab cakes from the mixture.
Do not precook the onion and celery.
Saute in butter - don't dip them in anything.
