1 pkg, chocolate cake mix
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 egg
2 T. sugar
48 mini Oreo bite size cookies
1 1/2 cup Cool Whip
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare cake mix according to package directions, set aside. Whisk cream cheese, egg and sugar in bowl until blended Scoop cake batter using a 1/4 cup measuring cup into each of 24 muffin cups, filling about half full. Spoon 1/2 T. of cream cheese mixture over batter in each muffin cup. Top with one cookie. Cover evenly with cake batter. Bake 19-22 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Remove to wire rack. Cool completely. Top cupcakes with whipped cream and remaining cookies just before serving.
