1 small chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 can (5 oz.) chow mein noodles
1 cup sliced celery
1 can (13 oz.) evaporated milk

can substitute mushrooms with carrots

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken and cut into large cubes.
Drain can of mushrooms.
Brown celery in butter.
Mix all ingredients together and put in 2 1/2 qt. casserole dish.
Top with crushed potato chips and 1/2 cup celery.
