1-small Spanish onion julien cut
5-Roma tomatoes cut
1-Bushel of cilantro (shop the stick end really good and put into ground meat) the leafy part shop up to season when done.
3-Whole Garlic pieces
1 1/2 lbs of Ground Turkey or Beef
1-tbs of Chicken Knorr seasoning
Mrs. Dash seasoning
Black pepper
Garlic salt
Ground cumin

Grape seed oil or olive oil
1 bag of Fideo

Directions:
Directions:
Drizzle oil in big deep pan. Pour in onion and whole garlic, heat a little, then add tomatoes. Season with Mrs. Dash. After soft and translucent pour into blender, pour in a tablespoon of chicken Knorr seasoning.

In the mean time pour ground meat into bowl , cilantro chopped ends, season with salt,black pepper, garlic salt, and cumin. Make small sized meatballs and put aside.

In same pan pour back the sauce from blender and boil a little then fill with water and bring to a boil. Pour in the meatballs and let them boil a little.

Next in a separate pan por some oil and fry Fideo a little. Then pour into sauce and cook until ready. Season with salt. Turn off and sprinkle cilantro on top.
