3\4 cps Flour
Salt and Black Pepper
1\2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 3\4 cp Italian Bread Crumbs
2 lbs Boneless skinless chicken breasts thin
1\2 cp Vegetable Oil
26 oz Spaghetti sauce
8 oz Mozzarella cheese
3\4 cps grated Parmesan cheese
1\2 cp Milk
1 Egg

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375
2. Mix Flour Salt Black Pepper and Garlic in mixing bowl
3. Mix Egg and Milk in another bowl
4. Bread Crumbs in another
5. Dip Chicken in Flour then in Egg then Bread Crumbs
6. Heat Oil in Skillet
7. Cook chicken 4 minutes each side
8. Pour half Spaghetti sauce in baking pan
9. Then chicken half mozzarella and half Parmesan cheese in pan
10. Repeat
11. Bake about 30 minutes or until chicken is done
