This recipe is very easy and very popular. You can substitute cihicken for pork if you desire.
6 center cut pork chops
1 very large peeled and sliced onion
Equal portions of:
˝ cup ketchup
˝ cup maple syrup
˝ cup red wine vinegar
˝ cup water
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Parsley

Directions:
Sprinkle the pork very lightly with garlic powder, onion powder , and parsley. You can broil the lightly in the oven or sauté them till light brown in a fry pan. Place the chops in a deep baking dish. Place the onions over the top. Try to blend the ketchup with another liquid, mix the liquids all together and pour over the onions. Cover the pan, bake at 350 degrees for an hour. Remove the cover and continue to bake to cook down the liquid till it is not runny.
