2 cups whole wheat flour
2 cups sifted soy flour
¾ cup corn meal
2 teaspoons sea salt
1 cup wheat germ
6 eggs, well beaten
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon yeast
1 cup warm water
1 cup milk
1 cup oil
2 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, mix dry ingredients and stir in the eggs.
Dissolve the yeast in the warm water and add to flour mixture.
Stir in milk and oil and enough water to make batter consistent. Let stand for 15 minutes or until bubbly.
Cook the mixture in a lightly oiled, preheated waffle iron. Serve with butter and syrup.
