Ingredients:  
Mix together 1 lb beef and ¼ lb pork twice ground. Add ½ cup soft bread crumbs. 1 cup finely cut boiled potatoes, ¾ cup milk, 1 tablespoon grated onion, 1 ¼ teaspoons salt, 1/8 teaspoon pepper. Mix thoroughly and divide by 12 portions. Form into balls and brown on all sides in ¼ hot oil.
