Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1/2 pound of White American cheese (I prefer Boars Head White American from the deli)
1/4 cup of milk (Not Skim)
1 tablespoon of butter
4 oz (One small can) green chilis
1 teaspoon of garlic salt
1 teaspoon of cumin
Pinch of cayenne pepper

I also slice fresh jalapeņos and fresh cilantro and place on a separate plate for guests to add to their liking.
Also, I recommend heating tortilla chips in the oven for a few minutes, add a dash of cumin on warmed chips.

Super easy and delish!!

Also, I cooked the cheese in my fondue pot so I was able to eat it tableside and keep the cheese hot. However, once everything is heated, lower the heat to a very low setting. It will help the cheese thicken.

Directions:
Basically just put everything in pot and heat while stiring frequently. I believe it's best If heated over non direct heat. Either a double broiler then serve in a bowl or make in a crockpot/fondue pot. Whatever works!
Also, I preheated my oven to 350 and heated the chips for a few minutes.
