Directions:
PREHEAT OVEN 275º

Take all dry condiments and spread over the beef roast; then heat up frying pan and add the olive oil. When heated, add the roast to sear the roast on all sides. While roast is searing; mix all liquid ingredients together. Put roast in baking pan and pour liquid over. Cover and place in PREHEATED oven and slow cook for 3-4 hrs at 275º. Insert thermometer for temperature to your liking. Let meat sit for 15-20 minutes for juices to redistribute. Then carve to your desired thickness. If sauce is too loose, take some cornstarch and make a slurry to help thicken your sauce. Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
