1 Can Condensed Milk
1 Can Evaporated Milk
1 Can Coconut Milk (14 oz)
Vanilla Extract; to taste
Ground Cinnamon; to taste
1 Cup WHITE Rum (Bacardi or Palo Viejo)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients in a blender then chill in the refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours and serve real cold! Garnish with ground cinnamon or finely grated chocolate.

OR
Coquito is a coconut-rum beverage originating from Puerto Rico, very popular during the Christmas season.

Puerto Rican Coquito

1 part (750ml bottle) BACARDÍ Superior Rum
1 part coconut milk
1 part can cream of coconut
2 parts condensed milk
4 part cans evaporated milk
1/4 sugar
1/8 part cinnamon
1/16 part vanilla extract.

DIRECTIONS: Blend all ingredients and pour into a 750 mL BACARDÍ Superior Rum bottle.
*Makes 4-5 750 mL bottles for gift giving or partying. Yummy!!!! Merry Christmas!
