2 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
1/2 cup sugar
3 8 oz. pkg, cream cheese, softened
1 can sweetened condensed milk
3 T. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 8 oz Cool Whip, thawed
1 lg. can pie filling
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 3 ingredients together in a bowl and press into a cake pan. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes. Cool. Beat cream cheese, vanilla, lemon juice and condensed milk until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour filling over crust. Cover and refrigerate 3 hours or overnight until set. Top with pie filling. Cut and serve.
