1 teaspoon instant beef bouillon granules
5 cups coarsely shredded cabbage
1 cup coarsely shredded carrots
1/2 cup sliced green onion
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
1/3 cup chopped pecans
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
In large saucepan beat bouillon granules in water till dissolved. Add cabbage, carrots, onion, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Toss to mix. Cook, covered, over medium heat 5 to 10 minutes or till tender, stirring once during cooking. Drain if necessary. Combine butter, pecans, and mustard. Pour over vegetables, toss to mix. Spoon int a dish. Sprinkle with paprika.
