1 large onion
1 green pepper (topped)
1/2 lb. chopped mushrooms ( optional)
2 cans of cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. Sherry
1/4 c. Milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Chervil and parsley flakes
3 c. cooked chicken cut into bite sized pieces ( 8 1/4 chickens or two whole ones, minimum)
2 c. Cooked wild rice
American cheese for topping ( optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Sautée onion and pepper and mushrooms if you are using them. Add soup diluted by sherry and milk. Season to taste, add herbs, and heat all together in electric pan, tasting to see how it is. Add chicken and rice and top with cheese if desired.
