2 tbsp. Bisquick
1 C. sugar
1 C. water
½ tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. lemon juice
4 C. fresh or frozen blueberries, peaches, raspberries, elderberries, or cherries

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven (425º) hot
Mix ingredients.
Pour into 11½x7½x1½ oblong dish.
Make short pie dough (see short pie dough recipe).
Divide dough into 8 parts.
Pat 3½" squares to cover fruit mixture.
Bake 25 minutes.
Serve warm with cream
