Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 lb fillo dough
1/2 lb butter (melted)- for dough
2 med. onions (chopped)
2 T. melted butter
1-1 1/2 lb of ground beef, lamb, or pork
1/4 t. garlic powder or 1 clove minced
1 t. chopped parsley
pinch of oregano
salt & pepper (to taste)
1/2 c. crumbled feta cheese
1/4 c. bread crumbs
4 eggs (beaten)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Saute onions in butter
2. Add meat and brown
3. Add garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, & pepper to taste and simmer about 15 min.
4. Remove from heat and cool
5. Combine cheese, bread crumbs, and eggs
6. Add to cooled meat mixture and mix well
7. Prepare as desired in fillo rolls, triangles, or squares
8. Prepare in preheated oven at 375º for 20 min, or until golden brown
