2 Cups Cornmeal
1 Cup Flour
6 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Salt
2½ Cups Milk
½ Cup Salad Oil
3 Eggs Beaten
1 Large Onion, Grated
2 Tbsp. Sugar
1 Cup Cream Style Corn
½ Cup Jalapeno Peppers, Chopped
1½ Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
½ Cup Pimento, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and bake in greased cast iron skillet or oven proof dish. Set oven at 400º about 30 minutes or until firm and beginning to brown.
