1 Cup Cornmeal
1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Tbsp. Baking Powder
2 Eggs
1 Can Cream Corn
1 Cup Sour Cream
½ Cup Vegetable Oil
1 Can Chopped Green Chilies

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, combine cornmeal, cheese and baking powder. In another bowl, combine eggs, corn, sour cream, oil and chilies. Stir into dry ingredients. Just till Pour into greased 8" sq. baking pan. Bake at 400º for 30 to 35 minutes or till toothpick comes out clean.
