2 cups uncooked pasta (most people use elbow macaroni but you can use what ever you want)
1/2 cup butter, cubed
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups whole milk
3 1/2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon of paprika

Directions:
1. boil pasta
2. strain and set aside
3. make roux. Mix flour and melted butter in a pan. Cook for 3 minutes on medium and whisking constantly.
4. Once the roux is done pour in the whole milk in slowly as you whisk.
5. When the milk is hot and at a soft simmer, start pouring in the cheese little by little. (whisk until it Is smooth and the cheese is all melted)
6. Add In your seasoning (salt, pepper, mustard powder, and paprika)
7. mix together and pour in the macaroni.
*Serve and enjoy*
