½ Cup Butter (softened)
8 oz. Sour Cream
2 Cups Biscuit and Baking Mix
2 Tablespoons Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Beat butter at medium speed with electric mixer until creamy.
2. Stir in sour cream.
3. Gradually add biscuit mix; stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.
4. Spoon batter into lightly greased mini muffin pans- filling each.
5. Bake at 400º 15 minutes or until golden.
