3/4 c. Butter,,softened
1/2 c. Confectioner's sugar
1 1/2 c. All purpose flour

Filling:
10 oz. (1 package) vanilla chips
1/4 c. Whipping cream
1 pkg. cream cheese, softened

Fruit:
Strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, Mandarin oranges, raspberries,pineapple

Glaze:
3 T. Sugar
2 t. Cornstarch
1/2 t. Lemon juice
1/2 c. Pineapple juice

Directions:
Directions:
Make the crust ( can be done ahead): Cream butter and sugar. Gradually add flour and mix well. Bake at 300º for 25-30 minutes until lightly brown. Cool. Filling ( make just before adding fruit as it needs to be soft): melt vanilla chips in double boiler. Re over from heat. Add whipping cream and cream cheese. Beat until smooth. Spread over crust. Chill at least 30 minutes. Fruit: put on top of filing as decoration and cover with glaze, prepared as follows. Combine sugar, corn starch,, lemon and pineapple juices. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil for two minutes until thickened, stirring constantly. Cool,only slightly, brush on fruit. Chill before serving.
