8 oz. uncooked spaghetti
1 lg. egg
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. Italian sausage
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1 14 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
1 8 oz. tomato sauce
4-8 oz. shredded mozzarella
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook spaghetti according to package directions. In a large bowl beat egg, milk and salt. Drain spaghetti, add to egg mixture and toss to coat. Transfer to a 13 x 9 dish. In a large skillet, cook beef, sausage, onion and green pepper over medium heat until brown, drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce and tomato sauce, spoon over spaghetti. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 20 minutes, then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake 10 minutes longer, then let set for 10 minutes before serving.
