16 marshmallows
1/2 cup milk.
green food colorig
peppermint flavoring
1 cup whipping cream
Nabisco round cookie chocolate wafers

Directions:
Directions:
Add the marshmallows to the warm milk, Stir until they melt on top of stove or in microwave and then stir.
Add a tiny bit of green food coloring and a scant bit of peppermint flavoring.
Let stand in refrigerator until thickened. Whip cream until peaks form.
[The peppermint mixture will be set up by the time you finish whipping your cream]
Fold in whipped cream.
Line layer cake pan with cookie wafers.
Put marshmallow mixture on top; then anothr layer of cookie.
Let set for a couple hours or overnight.
Cut into squares.
Garnish with dab of whipped cream and cherry.

This is surprisingly refreshing. Sorry I can't give distinct amounts but that's the way it was given to me and I figured it out.
In fact - each time I make it I figure it out again. You really can't mess it up! Yummy,,, says Minta.
