3 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
juice and rind of 1 lemon
1 cup whipping cream
graham cracker, chocolate wafer or chocolate graham cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs with sugar, juice and rind of lemon.
Cook and stir until thick.
Let cool, then whip 1 cup cream and mix together.
Put crumbs of your choice in the bottom of a 9 inch square pan
Pour dessert mixture onto crumbs and top with a few more crumbs.
Freeze until solid or overnight.
Cut into squares.

This is another dessert I have been making for over 50 years and I never tire of it!
It is so good and yet so easy to make!
Put a dab of whipping cream [with sugar in it] and a maraschino cherry with stem on top if you want to get a little fancy.
