Ingredients:  
4 cups flour
1 cup + 2 T shortening
3/4 tsp salt
6 to 8 oz. Coca Cola
Marmalade or jam of choice

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour and salt. Cut in shortening.
Slowly add Coke until dough forms a ball.
Cool in refrigerator for 25 to 30 minutes.
Roll out dough and cut into 3 inch circles.
Place teaspoon of marmalade or jam on circle.
Fold in half and seal edges.
Bake in preheated 400º oven for approximately 15 minutes
Sprinkle with sugar immediately upon removal from oven.

This can be used as a pie crust if desired.
Makes 5 single crusts and is a very tender crust.
