For 1 1/2 Batch

18 egg yolks
12 egg whites
1 1/2 lbs confectioners' sugar
2 cups milk
3 qts half and half
1 pint heavy cream (whipped)
1 qt. vanilla ice cream

Directions:
Directions:
1. Beat egg yolks until light
2. Gradually Beat in confectioners' sugar
3. Add half and half, cream, and milk
4. Whip egg whites until stiff
5. Fold egg whites lightly into the other ingredients.
6. Fold in ice cream
7. Serve with grated nutmeg
