½ lb. Cottage Cheese
½ lb. Farina
2 Egg Yolks/2 Egg Whites
½ c. Flour
½ tsp. Salt
Brown Bread Crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cottage cheese and farina. Let stand for 10-15 minutes. Mix in egg yolks and flour. Mix salt with egg whites then beat. Fold egg whites into mixture. Drop in boiling water by table spoon. Brown bread crumbs in butter. After dumplings are cooked, drain and pour browned bread crumbs over, serve hot.
