Cake:
3 cups grated zucchini
3 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups oil
4 eggs
3 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup nuts

Frosting:
1 (3 oz) package cream cheese
1/4 cup soft margarine
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix squash, sugar, oil and eggs. Combine dry ingredients and mix well with squash mixture. Add nuts.
Pour into greased, lightly floured pan.
Bake 350º for 1 hour.


Frosting:
Mix all ingredients, frost cooled cake.
