1 1/2 lbs Cod or Basa in 4 equal portions.
1 T brown sugar
1 T vegetable oil
1 t dried parsley
1/2 t salt
1/8 pepper
Juice and grated peel of one lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse fish in cold water, pat dry & set aside.
In medium sized baking dish combine remaining ingredients & blend well.
Add fish in single layer; Cover & refridgerate 30 minutes.
Turn fish & marinate 30 min more.
Oil broiler pan & place fish in.
Baste with marinate & broil 4 to 5 inches from element for 5 to 7 minutes. Turn & broil 2nd side 4 to 5 minutes.
OR - bake 30 minutes.
