2 med onions, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
1 to 2 tsp. oregano leaves, crushed
1/4 cup dry white cooking wine
2 1/2 to 3 lbs. chicken cut up
1 can tomato sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 bay leaf

Directions:
Directions:
Place sliced onions in bottom of the pot. Add chicken pieces, minced garlic, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, herbs and the cooking wine. Cook on low 6 to 8 hours.
