To season: Coat with thin layer of veg oil. Turn upside down in 350º oven for an hour (foil on rack below).
Leave in oven when turned off until room temp.
Coat inside with little oil.
Anytime clean pan, dry scrupulously.

Any rust? Scrub with steel wool to remove, dry completely. Re season as above.
