2 lb. fresh tomatillos husked and rinsed
2-4 fresh jalapeño
1 onion quartered
4 T. Olive oil
4 cloves garlic
1/2 c. Cilantro
1/2 to 1 lime
Kosher salt

Directions:
Directions:
Oven 450º
Tomatillos, jalapeños, onion, 1 T. olive oil and roast 7 min.
Turn then add garlic and roast again 7-8 min. Set aside to cool.

Remove stems and seeds from peppers. Add veggies to food processor and pulse to combine, slightly chunky.
Add cilantro, lime, 1t. Salt and combine.
Processor running and add remaining 3 T. Olive oil until combined. More salt if needed.
