Personal Notes:
I got a house warming dish from my sister, Joyce, in 2003, right after I completed a huge renovation on my house. I use that dish weekly so I think of her a lot. The dish (both the recipe and the oven-table dish) is best when I'm tight on time or don't want to wash another dish!

I've also made this for holidays and doubled the recipe. You have to increase cooking time since the pan will be quite crowded.

Change up the seasonings depending on your preference. I've made this with Zatar for Middle Eastern flare, herbs and minced garlic for an Italian night.
