¾ c. sugar
¼ c. butter
2 T. corn syrup
¼ c. milk
½ tsp. salt
3 T. cocoa
Directions:
Directions:
Boil ingredients in a sauce pan for 3 min. Remove from heat and add 2 tsp. or 2½ tsp of vanilla.
Drizzle over ice cream. This sauce hardens on the ice cream!

Now realizing the author is Lora you know that "Mom's chocolate sauce" is my mother's (Darleen) sauce recipe, not Grandma's (Mary)...:)I remember mom making this and it was always my favorite ice cream topping because it would solidify some when the cool ice cream hit it (modern day Magic Shell).
