Ingredients:
Ingredients:
¾ c. olive oil
1 bunch cilantro, stem cut off
4 jalapenos, seeded (I leave the seeds in one)
5-6 cloves garlic
Salt and pepper, to taste
Chicken tenders, approximately 12

Directions:
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor. Mix until fairly smooth, add more oil as needed. Add chicken tenders to large Ziplock bag. Pour sauce into the bag, seal, and shake/massage until tenders are completely coated. Place in fridge and let sit for at least 2 hours...the longer the better though. Remove and grill. I serve with BBQ sauce and ranch for dipping. YUMMY!

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Despite the name, these aren't usually spicy. If you want them to be spicier, you can always keep the seed in more of the jalapenos before blending. I usually at ground red pepper to BBQ sauce for a spicy dip rather than making the whole bunch of chicken spicy.
