2 egg whites
¼ c. milk
½ tsp. vanilla
½ tsp. cinnamon
⅛ tsp. nutmeg
8 1"-thick diagonally cut slices of French or Italian bread.

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a shallow bowl, using a wire whisk or a fork, beat the egg and egg whites until foamy. Add the milk, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg. Beat well; set aside.
2. Preheat oven to 200º F. Lightly spray a large skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium heat. Dip 4 slices into the egg mixture, turning to coat and draining excess back into the bowl.
3. Place dipped bread into prepared skillet. cook until golden brown, turning once, about 1-2 mins. per side.
4. Transfer cooked bread to a plate; keep warm in oven. Dip remaining slices and repeat directions for cooking. spray skillet as needed.
5. Divide French Toast onto plates sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and top with Maxon Maple Syrup & fresh fruit!
