1/2 cup celery, chopped

1/2 cup onion, chopped

3 tbsp margarine

4 cups bread cubes

4 cup zucchini, chopped, best shredded

2 eggs slightly beaten

1/2 cup shredded cheese

1 tsp salt

1 tsp poultry seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan, cook celery and onion in margarine until tender.

Remove from heat.

Add remaining ingredients and mix well

Makes enough for a 10 lb. bird




Now that we mostly cook outside of the bird, grease a casserole dish and put in and dot the top with margarine and put a lid on and cook approx. 1/2 to 3/4 hrs.; just check at 1/2 hr mark. Bake 350º
