Ingredients:  
1 1/2 lbs. shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 eggs
1/3 cup soy sauce
2 TBL rice vinegar
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
2 TBL butter
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup soy sauce
2 tsp. minced garlic
juice of 1 lime (about 1 TBL)
1 tsp. sriracha sauce
1 TBL cold water
1 TBL cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Wisk egg, soy sauce and rice vinegar. Add shrimp, cover and chill for 15 minutes.
Dip shrimp in breadcrumbs. Lay on greased baking sheet and spray with Pam. Bake at 400º for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Sauce
Melt butter over med-high heat. Stir in honey, soy sauce, garlic, sriracha and lime juice. Bring to a boil. Stir together water and corn starch. Add to sauce to thicken.

Toss shrimp in sauce and serve.
