1 cp. plain flour
1 cp. white cornmeal
1 egg
1/2 cp. oil
1 cp. buttermilk
1 can drained mexi-corn
1 chopped onion
1 small can chopped green chilies
1 cp. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Melt 1 Tbsp. Crisco or bacon grease in large iron skillet in oven. Mix all ingredients together and pour into hot skillet. Bake 30-35 min. until browned on top.
