Bonless Ham
1 cup (firmly packed) brown sugar
1 tsp mustard
1 T flour
⅛ tsp cinnamon
3 T vinager or water
1 large brown bag
Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix sugar, flour, mustard, cinnamon and vinager. It will be thick
2. Place ham in bag and put on large pan.
3. cover top of ham with glaze.
3. Bake on 325º according to ham size. It's usually about 15 min. per lb
