3 eggs                                                 
2 cups sugar                                        
1 cup oil                                               
1 tsp vanilla                                          
2 cups banana
2 cups plain flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp baking powder
1 cup chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl beat the eggs until frothy.  Add sugar, oil and vanilla. 
Beat until thick and lemon colored.
Stir in 2 cups of mashed bananas, 2 cups of flour, soda, salt and baking powder.  Mix well. 
Fold in chopped nuts (pecans). 
Pour mixture into 2 oiled and floured loaf pans. 
Bake at 350º for 1 hour or until cake tester comes out clean.
