8 eggs
2 cups milk
12 oz shredded cheese
1 lb. sausage
8 slices bread
salt & pepper,to taste
2 tsp. mustard
Directions:
Directions:
Cut crust off bread. Place the bread in a greased baking dish 8x10.
Cook sausage, drain.
Place sausage on top of the bread. Add the cheese.

Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper and the mustard.
Pour over the bread and sausage and cheese.

Bake at 350º for 40 minutes
