Cooking spray
6 strips of cooked bacon (pre-cooked is fine)
6 large eggs
3 slices American Cheese cut in half to make 6 pieces

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375º
2. Spray the muffin pay with cooking oil and line each cup with one slice of bacon so it circles the inside
3. Crack an egg into each cup and bake for about 10 minutes until the egg whites are cooked
4. Remove the pan from the oven and top each egg with a slice of cheese and place back in the oven for a minute or two until cheese melts
5. Remove eggs from the pan with a rubber spatula
